CREDIT CARDS & IDENTITY VERIFICATION
LINE49 LLC works hard to protect consumers from the rapidly growing number of compromised credit cards used for purchases on e-commerce sites. (We experience multiple fraud attempts daily.) As such, orders placed on the LINE49 LLC website that exceed $850.00 in value, or whose billing address does not match their shipping address, will be subject to an identity verification using "Signature & ID Required" on the order shipment . The customer may be required to provide additional information before LINE49 LLC will ship the order. We appreciate your patience as we enforce this policy to protect you.
[This policy is unfortunate for everyone, but it is necessary. Credit card fraud is rampant and out of control in today's modern e-commerce world.]
SHIPPING PROVIDERS
LINE49 LLC utilizes USPS and UPS to ship customer orders. Please Note: due to significant increases in package theft "CARD FOR PICK-UP" is now mandatory on all LINE49 LLC shipments and is included in all “FLAT RATE” shipping options. Customers can make a special request to have this option removed at their own risk. LINE49 LLC will not be held liable for any stolen packages if this option is removed.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
We take all necessary measures to ensure your order is properly packed and protected for safe shipping. However, you still have the option to DECLINE or ADD shipping insurance coverage to your order at time of checkout. All of our "FLAT RATE" shipping options DO NOT include any shipping insurance coverage. It is therefore the BUYERS responsibility to ADD shipping insurance coverage to their order at time of checkout. If there is no shipping insurance added to the order, then this will serve as the buyer’s willingness to DECLINE shipping insurance coverage. If you choose to DECLINE shipping insurance coverage, then you assume all liability and risk for loss or damage howsoever caused during transport. LINE49 LLC will not be held financially liable for loss or damage if you DECLINE shipping insurance coverage, therefore LINE49 LLC "damage/loss" responsibility ends once your package is picked up at our facility by your carrier of choice.

Regardless of whether you ADD or DECLINE shipping insurance, we will always work hard on your behalf to help find a resolution. ORDER CHANGES/CANCELATIONS
Once you submit your order it is final. Your credit-card has been charged. Regardless, we have incurred the credit-card/bank processing fees. As described below:
- For outright order cancelations, we reserve the right to charge a 10% Order Cancelation Fee. This fee covers cost(s) resulting from our time to process your order, as well as the credit-card/bank processing fees.
- If you wish to cancel an order that contains a firearm requiring an FFL transfer, a 25% restocking fee will apply if this FFL transfer has been initiated and/or completed.
- If your order has been processed for shipping and/or has already been shipped, a 25% restocking fee on all canceled or returned items will apply.
WHOLESALE/DEALER ORDERS
- Payments must settle prior to shipment. Shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order. Once your order is ready to ship, we will contact you for payment.
- Dealer must hold a valid FFL and provide a copy prior to the dealer account being approved.
- Dealer agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale, transfer, and storage of firearms.
- Dealer may not export LINE49 LLC products outside of the U.S. without prior written authorization and compliance with all U.S. State Department ITAR regulations.
- Dealer may be required to submit a 50% deposit to secure a production slot. The remaining invoice balance is due prior to shipping.
- Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order. Delays outside of LINE49 LLC's control will be promptly communicated (ex: parts availability or backorders).
- LINE49 LLC may ship partial orders unless otherwise requested.
- Shipping insurance is not included and can be added upon request. Risk of loss or damage, howsoever caused during transit, is the buyer's responsibility. LINE49 LLC’s responsibility ends once your order is picked up at our facility by your carrier of choice.
- LINE49 LLC rifles are covered under a limited warranty. Dealer agrees to facilitate warranty claims on the end-user’s behalf.
- Returns must be authorized in advance. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Custom rifle builds are non-returnable.
- Dealer agrees to adhere to Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policies. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
- Dealer pricing and product specifications are confidential and may not be shared outside the dealer’s management team.
- Dealer agrees not to reverse-engineer, replicate, or modify LINE49 LLC products without prior written consent.
- Dealer agrees to represent LINE49 LLC products accurately and professionally in all verbal, written, and marketing communications.
- Dealer may use LINE49 LLC logos and trademarks only after receiving written permission, and in accordance with brand guidelines.
- LINE49 LLC may assign exclusive regions/territories. Dealer agrees to abide by these assigned regions/territories, if applicable.
- LINE49 LLC reserves the right to review dealer accounts at any time, and may revoke dealer status for inactivity or non-compliance with any Terms & Condition stated on the Dealer Application or stated on the Terms & Conditions portion of LINE49 LLC's website.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number for your shipment(s). Please be aware that the online tracking is NOT real time and often reflects data that is 24 hours old. Further, if a parcel is shown as being "late" USPS/UPS will not accept a "Track & Trace" request until a package is a MINIMUM of 5 Business Days past the expected delivery date shown in their Service Standard. This is because over 99% of all packages will show up within that 5-day window. Before notifying LINE49 LLC that your package is "late" or "missing" please wait the required 5 business days past the Service Standard delivery date before requesting a Track & Trace ticket.
LATE DELIVERY
USPS has what they call a "Service Standard Guarantee". In essence they will give a date by which they will deliver a package and if they fail to meet that date then they will offer a "refund". There are a few "catches" to this offer. First, USPS will not allow the receiver to file the refund claim, they require the shipper to make the claim and USPS knows that it costs money (time) to make these claims so we are unlikely to make them. Second, they make it time consuming to file the claims, again knowing that this reduces the likelihood of claims being filed. Lastly, even when a claim is filed and paid, keep in mind they only refund the "shipping" portion of the charges, this does not include the insurance, taxes, fuel surcharge, etc. Service Standard Guarantee claims are not available with our $20 "FLAT RATE" shipping service.
RETURNS
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, this includes the item packaging. We will offer a full refund less the shipping costs and reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all items. As an alternative, we also offer a refund for store credit option. This option includes a full refund less shipping costs without a restocking fee.
MILITARY/LE DISCOUNT
We offer discounts to military, veteran, law enforcement, first responders and related customers. Our general policy is 10% off your order. This discount is applied at the time of purchase. Exceptions do apply and LINE49 LLC reserves the right to change this discount at any time. This discount cannot be combined with any other offers on our website unless specifically specified. WARRANTY
All LINE49 LLC products are warrantied against all manufacture defect(s). LINE49 LLC products are not covered under warranty from issues or damage caused by operator error or negligence. For 3rd party products, we do not refer our customers directly to 3rd party manufacturers for warranty. We prefer to handle all claims, "in house". In extreme cases we will replace the warrantied item ourselves and then claim it back from the manufacturer at a later date. We will also cannibalize parts from new in-stock products if necessary to expedite claims. Under no circumstances attempt to return products direct to a manufacturer without first consulting with us. With all claims we need a copy of your sales receipt or the order number.
